VASO Cellars Sauvignon Blanc is built to age, unlike most Napa Valley white wines. We source sustainably grown grapes from exceptional sites like our own high-elevation Hershey Vineyard, and allow slow, natural fermentation in large barrels to unlock the fruit’s beautiful aromatics. Ten months of thoughtful aging in a combination of oak and cement create a textured wine with keen citrus acidity and a cool, mineral baseline. Bright and vivacious at release, our Sauvignon Blanc expands in richness and texture with time, and will continue to evolve for years to come.
